How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?: Driving by every day. I decided to try a different way to exercise other than going to a regular gym.
Tell us about your fitness/sports background: I have played soccer all my life.
What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?: I feel more energetic and it helps me to manage my stress levels.
Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?: For my family, staying healthy is a priority
In what other ways do you use your fitness?: I play soccer at least twice per week.
Please share with us a favorite CrossFit or No Excuses moment: Competing for the first time at No Excuses when I was not prepared for it…Brandon made me do it…LOL, It was really fun!
Name one goal you would like to achieve in the next year: Lose some weight and get stronger, but first I need to figure out how to stop the weekend from ruining my diet…
Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of the gym: Horseback riding, I enjoy any outdoor activities.
What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting?: DO IT! YOU’LL HAVE FUN. CrossFit is the best. It can absolutely help anyone to improve physical strength, agility, and much more…
