INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup quaker oats
- 1/2 cup original almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans (OPTIONAL)
INSTRUCTIONS

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray

Rinse quinoa

Combine all ingredients into the crockpot and stir

Turn heat to low

Cook for six hours (if it cooks longer it will get mushy)

Optional: When ready to serve top with milk, berries, & nuts!
