INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper
- 1 head cauliflower shredded
- 1/2 small yellow onion chopped
- 3 slices turkey bacon pre-cooked and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 3/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray

Evenly place 1/3 of the shredded cauliflower in the bottom of the slow cooker, & top with 1/3 of the onion

Season with salt & pepper, top with 1 slice of chopped turkey bacon and a third of the cheese

Repeat the layers two more times

Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the slow cooker

Cook on low for 5-7 hours, or until eggs are set and the top is browned
