Over recent years we have experienced steady growth of our Kids and Teens program at No Excuses CrossFit. We have taught countless kids and teens how to move well and watched with amazement as they learned new skills, played games, competed, and explored their abilities as movers and athletes.
The growth of the program has necessitated an expansion of our class offerings to better serve the kids at our gym and attract other school-aged children to participate in CrossFit Kids and Teens.
Starting September 11th, the No Excuses CrossFit Kids program will expand to include separate Elementary School, Middle School and High School classes. We are excited to be able to offer classes that will serve these different populations in a more focused and developmentally appropriate way.
CrossFit Kids class focused on general mechanics, physical literacy and exercise based games and activities. Elementary school kids will learn the nuts and bolts of functional movement, develop basic motor skills, and having a lot of fun doing it!
CrossFit Preteens class focused on developing consistency in movement mechanics, further development of physical literacy as well as an introduction to basic gymnastic and weightlifting skills. Middle school kids will learn to move and move well in a fun, encouraging, team centered environment.
CrossFit Teens class focused on mechanics and consistency of movement while adding increasing levels of intensity. High school kids will develop their base of foundational movements, skills, and conditioning in a challenging and high energy setting. CrossFit Teens is a general physical preparedness (GPP) program that meets the needs of students who desire a healthy lifestyle as well as off-season student-athletes preparing for a competitive sport season. Scalable to any fitness level.

Kids: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Preteens: 5:00 PM-5:45 PM
*Classes will run in 4 week blocks.
$50 for 8 classes
