At CrossFit Kids, we work and then we play!We start each CrossFit Kids class with a fun warmup. Then we learn a movement that we are going to use in the workout that day. We finish the class by playing a fun game that incorporates fitness.Our May/June CrossFit Kids session begins on Wednesday, May 10.
Memorial Day schedule
No Excuses CrossFit will have one class time at 9am on Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day. We will be doing the workout ‘Murph’. Non-members are welcome to do the workout with us and pay the drop-in fee of $25.
