Over the next four weeks, I’m going to outline the four pillars I believe can help you achieve good overall health. I call it the S.E.E.M. Method and it stands for sleep, eat, exercise, and mindset.
It’s a method I’ve developed on my own through years of trial and error, working with hundreds of clients, developing relationships with other fitness coaches, and reading about exercise and nutrition.
