Hugo Open 8 workouts

Workout 1 

Submit team name

Must be emailed to Brandon@noexcusescrossfit.com by Thursday, August 12 at 11:59pm
Team names can be serious or funny, but please keep it appropriate for the gym.
Team names turned in before the deadline will receive 100 first-place points. Team names submitted on Friday will receive 80 points, Saturday, 60 points, Sunday 40 points, Monday 20 points, Tuesday 0 points.

Workout 2

EMOM 15

Minute 1: Dual DB Clean and Jerk (20#)

Minute 2: DB Thruster (20#)

Minute 3: Devil’s Press (20#)

  • 3 scores
  • Max reps for each movement
  • One Person does one movement. If you do DB Thruster the first minute, then you will do it the other four rounds as well. 

Workout 3

For Total Weight and Total Calories

6 minutes to find …

3RM Front Squat

-Then-

9 minutes max calories on the rower.

Notes:

-barbell starts on the floor. 

-Two scores — one score is the total weight lifted by all three athletes, the second score is max calories.

-Each person must row 10 calories at a time.

Workout 4

For Time:

25 Power Snatch (75/55)

25 Box Jump/Step Over (20-inch)

25 Knee Raises

25 Wall Ball (14/10, 9-foot)

25 T2B

25 Burpee over plate

25 Power Clean (75/55)

TIME CAP = 15:00

-One person working at a time.

-While one person is working, a second person is holding a pair of 35# KBs.

-Two scores — time when your team finishes the wall balls and time or total reps when your team finishes the power cleans. 

Workout 5

AMRAP 15

Sled Push x 50m

Sandbag carry x 50m

Sled Pull x 50m

Bike x 10 cal 

-One person working at a time

-Must stay in the same order — athlete 1, athlete 2, athlete 3, athlete 1, athlete 2, etc…

-Score is total number of rounds and meters/cal completed
