Prep

Equipment required: foam roller, medium/light band

1) Foam roll – wherever you need it

2) BP Dynamic Warm-up x 5 minutes

3) Rowing Drills

A.

For time with a partner:

100 Calorie Row

100 Air Squats

100 Calorie Bike

100 Burpees

– Goal: Challenging pace, breaking sets as you see fit.

B.

Alternating DB Curl

0/3 x 8-10 each. Rest 60s.

Class Schedule

Mon-Fri:

  • 6:00 am – 7:00 am
  • 8:00 am – 9:00 am
  • 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
  • 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
  • 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Sat:

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am
