INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 tsp. grape seed oil can use other oil if you do not have grape seed oil
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbs. honey
- 1.5 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. salt
INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, mix milk, eggs, honey, quinoa and oil together

Once smooth add salt and baking powder and blend for a few seconds

Preheat griddle and spray with cooking spray

Pour ¼ cup batter on the griddle

Sprinkle blueberries over the batter and cook

Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side

Pancakes are done when golden brown
