Energy Balls

 

 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons dry roasted cocoa nibs
  • 3 scoops Ascent whey protein
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Optional
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten
  3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
  4. Remove and make into 12 balls
