INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 1 tbsp celery chopped finely
- 1 can solid white tuna
- dash salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Scoop out the middle of ½ an avocado and place in a bowl

Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice (about ½ tbsp), and seasonings and mix well

Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again

Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper

Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
