Coach Brandon’s Take:
“A lot of people don’t know Min because he primarily works out at 6 am. However, Min is the perfect example of consistency and hard work pays off. He started with us three years ago in our Basics program before we had Essentials, Fitness and Performance. For the past three years he has been consistent with his training and finding a way to make it to the gym. He took a two-month sabbatical last year, but ever since then he has become one of the top athletes in the gym. His strength and gymnastics movements have improved tremendously and he consistently posts some of the top times and scores in the gym each day. “
