Summer Vacation Programming

Are interested in working out while you’re on vacation? Maybe you want to do a beach WOD, but you’re unsure what to do for the workout.

No Excuses CrossFit will provide you with a week’s worth of personalized vacation programming. This vacation program can be tailored to whatever you want — short and sweet workout, strength and conditioning, a long sweat fest.

In addition, you will be able to rent some of the equipment from the gym to give you more variety to your workouts.

Equipment available to rent:

Kettlebell

Dumbbells

Slam Ball

Jump Rope

Foam roller

Lacrosse ball

Rubber band

PVC

Sample Workout:

Day 1

A.

16min EMOM

Odd: Plank x 45sec

Even: Goblet Squat x 10 reps

B.

3 Rounds For Time:

Dumbbell Thrusters x 12 reps

Burpees x 12 reps

Cost: $50 Includes programming and equipment rental

Disclaimer: Any equipment you rent from the gym, must be returned in the same condition. Any equipment broken, lost or stolen will be replaced by the gym and billed to the member’s account.
