Let’s get to work.  This week is a de-loading week.  After coming off a week of testing where there was so much “emotion” tied up in how you performed on each test or workout, we are going to take a week and decrease volume and focus on skills.  If you have any questions about what track you tested into or why, please talk with Coach Ben or Coach Laura.  We are more than willing to answer any questions you may have!!

A1. FLR on floor x 45 sec x 3; rest 45 sec
A2. sorensen hold x 45 sec x 3; rest 45 sec.
