A. OHS – 5 reps EMOM. Very low percentage.  The emphasis here is technique.  If you struggle with depth in the OHS, elevate your heels on plates.
B. CTB Pullups or Pull ups – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps unbroken.  You must complete each set unbroken, if you fail a set you must repeat that set unbroken.  Rest as needed in between sets.
