Thursday 5.23.13

Lot’s of cool stuff going on this week and next!  We are hosting another Nutrition Seminar tonight at 6:30.  We’re discussing pre and post WOD nutrition as well as hearing about Juice Plus and the benefits of their products.

Gymnastics Clinic this Saturday from 12-2 pm going over progressions for HSPU, Pull ups and muscle ups! Sure to be an awesome time!

Come get your WOD on before you hit the cookouts on Monday the 27th.  We are going to be doing Murph at 9, 10 and 11 am only in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and all of the men and women who have sacrificed in service to this great country.

    when can we do murph if we wont be home on memorial day. Im going to be staffing at a camp in the wiilderness and there wont be any pullup bars.
