Remember when you first did the Baseline? Perhaps it was your intro to CrossFit or maybe it was in Foundations.  Let’s take a crack at it and see how our work capacity has increased.  If you want to scale up you can check out the Baseline Plus.  Check with your coach to see if that’s a wise scale-up for you.

  1. Was just thinking about this the other day and how it seems like it’s been at least a year since I last did it. And of course I can’t make it in to do it today.

    Wow- I haven’t done Baseline since basics almost 2 years ago. I won’t underestimate this wod again- nearly puked and it took me at least 15 minutes to recover. PRd by about 10 mins though!
