In less than 2 months I have added 40 pounds to my bench press, 35 pounds to my squat and 60 pounds to my deadlift. As a direct result of this, with no work on these lifts, my shoulder press is up 20 pounds and I can now muscle snatch 135 when in the recent past I could hardly split snatch 135.
