This Friday night at 7 pm we are watching The Sandlot and chowing down on some Paleo goodness!  Bring your family and a paleo dish to share to our next Dinner and a Movie!  6:30 basics and 7 pm graduate classes are cancelled.  Come get your WOD on a little early and stay for the movie and grub!
