2 x 800m run (record best time)

RSS:
4 rounds (30 seconds each, alternating sides each round):
SL Squat thrust
SL Inchworm Push Ups
SL Deadlifts
Donkey Kicks

For anyone running the Atlanta Half Marathon, meet at No Excuses CrossFit at 5:30 am and we can carpool or follow each other to Turner Field.
