Basics

Basics is our introductory program where athletes are introduced to CrossFit with intense cardiovascular workouts (WOD’s) that have a strong emphasis on proper mechanics and increased mobility. This class will be focused on two aspects of the athlete’s training: quality of diet and quality of movements.

The goal for every member in the Basics program is to increase their conditioning level and fitness skills to the point that they can progress into our 101 Foundations class, which is a prerequisite for our 101 Graduates Only CrossFit Classes (hthttp://clients NULL.mindbodyonline NULL.com/ws NULL.asp?studioid=5154&stype=-7&sTG=22&sVT=5&sView=week ) .  This is the same journey for all of us…….to forge elite levels of fitness. (i.e.- reaching your full potential physically)

Rate is $105 a month and classes are 4 days a week.

If you have never tried one of our classes, please come and try one.  After trying a class you feel you want to pursue a reality of reaching your full potential physically through CrossFit training, and we, the Coaches, feel you should be in the Basics Program, then you can sign up below!

Tuesday: 7:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 7:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 7:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 10:30 am.
