To maximize results we suggests 2-3 days consecutive training followed by one day of rest. This ensures proper programming, progression, and physical recovery.

Dropping In

If you are visiting the area and would like to hit a WOD with us, we would love to see you! Give us a call or drop us an email to give us a heads up you are coming to the gym. Drop in prices are $20 or $25 for drop-in + T-shirt. Visitors are required to do the No Excuses CrossFit WOD and not their own workout.

We are an all-inclusive training facility and do not offer open gym. If you would like to do your own programming, you are welcome to book a 1-on-1 personal training session.
