Membership Holds and Cancellation
Memberships can be placed on hold for no less than 1 month and no longer than 3 months.
All temporary holds or permanent cancellations must be in writing (via email to email@example.com) at least 5 business days before the hold/cancellation is to occur. If your billing date passes before you notify us of your cancellation, you will not be refunded. We are not liable for charges that occur without written notice of cancellation.
Our Foundations program is the stepping stone to our group training classes. Foundations is a 12 session intensive “School of CrossFit”. In Foundations you will be introduced to the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit as well as learn the higher skilled movements of gymnastics and olympic weightlifting, our methodology of training, and more about No Excuses.
This course is designed to give you a lot of repetitions in these movements and ramp you up to the full intensity of our CrossFit Classes. It is our goal that you are familiar with these movements and begin to experience what it is like to train these movements under load and at a relative high-intensity so you are more prepared for what you will see in class.
This course is required for everyone who desires to train at No Excuses even if you are very physically fit or have been working out your entire life.
The class is mostly instruction and will include some physical fitness assessments. This course is required of all members of No Excuses CrossFit to ensure uniformity, safety and uphold our mission of educating our athletes.
Foundations begins every Monday at 9:30 am or 6 pm. Each week of the 4-week series focuses on a different aspect of CrossFit training. All sessions are required.
After Foundations is completed, our members join our group training classes. Each class is an hour long and is led by a knowledgeable, certified coach. Within each class we have three tiers of programming to ensure that you are working at a level that is going to equally challenge you, yet also ensure that you are not in over your head. We follow an assessment based model to make sure you are in the right place and getting the most out of your training here at No Excuses.
The three tiers are:
- CrossFit Essentials
- Essentials is designed to introduce athletes to fundamental functional movements that are key in developing a strong base of conditioning and motor control, improving immune function and decreasing stress. Participants work towards developing proficiency in these essentials through challenging workouts that prepare one for moving into our next levels of CrossFit training. There is no prerequisite fitness level for getting started in CrossFit Essentials. We welcome anyone who has a desire to get healthy and improve function.
- CrossFit Fitness
- Fitness is designed to provide greater challenges for athletes that have developed in their ability to perform movements under load at higher intensities. In addition to the base of fitness developed in Essentials, elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, sprinting and plyometric movements are included to improve fitness skills, developing a well-balanced fitness. Athletes must test into this level.
- CrossFit Performance
- Performance is designed for athletes with an ability and desire for pursuing CrossFit in a competitive setting. With the increasing popularity of “The Sport of Fitness,” this program is geared towards developing the athlete’s ability to maintain a high work capacity alongside increased proficiency in higher-level gymnastic and weightlifting skills. Athletes must test into this level.

CrossFit Kids and Teens
CrossFit Kids is designed to develop consistency and efficiency of motor patterns across a wide range of functional movements… movements that are integral to everyday life (like squatting, pressing overhead, and picking objects up off the floor). Our approach is fun, novel and exciting.
It is our goal that your child learns that exercise is both a normal aspect of a healthy lifestyle and, most importantly, FUN! Through involvement in our CrossFit Kids program, your child will develop a habit of good health that will follow them for their entire lifetime.
CrossFit Teens also develops the consistency and efficiency of motor patterns in addition to adding in elements of intensity. When a child can move consistently and efficiently, we can then add intensity. Our Pre-Teen/Teen program introduces teens to functional movement at increasing intensities. More complex skills and movements are taught and developed. CrossFit Teens is a general physical preparedness program designed for improved health and fitness and also can serve as an off season program for those participating in youth sports.
No free assessment is required to participate in CrossFit Kids/Teens. First class is always free!
CrossFit Kids meets Monday, Wednesday from 5:00-5:45 pm.

CrossFit Teens meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm
