Mario has always been interested in fitness. As a teenager, he started weight lifting to increase his

Laura Moore

A Duluth, Georgia native, Laura joins the No Excuses team with passion and energy for helping others pursue and achieve their goals! Laura was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team at Berry College in Rome, Georgia where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. After finishing her undergraduate degree, Laura moved to Savannah where she earned a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Laura comes to No Excuses from CrossFit Hyperformance in Savannah where she coached as well as competed with their team in the 2012 CrossFit Games Southeast Regional competition. An athlete all her life, she loves how training in CrossFit challenges her to improve and compete on a daily basis.

Tyler White

Tyler’s athletic background consists mainly of soccer. He began playing soccer at the age of

Christopher Crowder

Christopher was born with a heart condition and the subsequent open heart surgery and pacemaker prevented him from working out with weights or participating in any contact sports up through college, including even things like soccer. Despite being told by his doctors that he would always need a pacemaker, Chris refused to believe this was his fate

Blake Mattison

Blake began CrossFit in April of 2009, having just been hired by Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services. Knowing the the physical training at the Fire Academy was going to be Crossfit based, Blake sought out No Excuses CrossFit to begin preparing for his career as a firefighter.Read more »

Brandon Brigman

Brandon has been involved with athletics nearly his whole life. Growing up playing a lot of different sports, Brandon focused on football, wrestling and weightlifting while at Shiloh High School. His passion for sports, particularly football, led him to a career at the college level. Read more »

Graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition, Chris began his career with an internship in sports performance. Read more »

Ben Davis

Ben played competitive soccer at the Olympic Development Level, where he played internationally in some of the biggest tournaments in the world. Ben started wrestling as a freshman at Collins Hill high school. As a sophomore varsity wrestler he became the County and Area Champ and a State qualifier.
