Clean and Jerks with 45lb bar
WOD:
M.E. Floor Press 3-3-3-1-1-1
rest 5 minutes then do:
4 Rounds of
“nancy” (lower case because we are only doing 4 rounds)
Run 400 M
Overhead Barbell Squat 15 reps
