Getting Started at No Excuses
Introductory Class: Each and every person is welcome to sign up for our intro class where they will have a chance to try one of our classes at no cost to them…monetarily speaking! J In this class you will learn CrossFit 101 – what it is we do! Try a workout and decide if this may be something that you feel you need in your life.
Foundations Class: Before starting your training at No Excuses you are required to take our Foundations class. The class is broken up in to three one hour sessions with one of our Coaches. The Foundations class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements and exercises that will be needed to safely perform workouts at No Excuses. During these sessions you will get a chance to learn more about CrossFit and our program. After you have completed the Foundations class, you can choose the membership option that best suits you. Contact one of our coaches today to schedule your free Introductory class. Cost of this class is $150.
Personal Coaching at No Excuses: At No Excuses we are dedicated to getting you results! It is proven that the more efficient you become at performing the movements in your training, the quicker the results you are looking for will come. Personal Coaching will give you the opportunity to have one of our coaches work with you one-on-one so that you can get the attention you need in order to master the basic movements of CrossFit.
