Class Schedule
Classes at No Excuses CrossFit are currently held at:
MORNING: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM (by appointment only – no later than 8pm the evening prior) –>Make Appointment
LUNCHTIME: 12:30 PM (by appointment only – no later than 8pm the evening prior) –>Make Appointment
EVENING: 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM
Members can expect each class to run an average of 40 minutes from start to finish. Each scheduled class begins with an active warm-up, including dynamic stretching and calisthenics to raise your heart rate. Since very few of our workouts will ever be the same, our warm-up is followed by instruction on the day’s unique WOD. Your instructor will start the workout with a countdown from “3…2…1…and GO!” Classes will end with a light, stretching cool-down.
Currently, our classes are not divided by experience level or age, but we will help encourage you to test the limits of your own relative intensity. Keep in mind, coordinating your workouts with friends will help push you all to reach new heights and accomplishments together!
