Written by Ben Davis.
This is a great video on the breakdown of the rowing technique. First of all, lets all be sure to congratulate Adrienne Clay for her already amazing feat of well over 100,000 meters and lets ALL be sure to cheer her and everyone else to 200,000 meters (i.e. Laura Koller, Jerome Edwards, Momma Clay)!
As a treat, this Sunday, I will be bringing in Kyle Maynard’s brand new documentary for everyone to watch while on the rowing machine. We have until the 15 October 2009 at midnight to reach our goals of 100,000/200,000 meters so lets all come together for a final push to the finish with this Rowing Challenge.
I am so very proud of ALL of you already and by the way that I see each and every one of you finish during your WOD’s at No Excuses, I just know that we are going to have a strong finish!! Let’s get em TEAM!!
