It seems expensive, why should I pay that much?

It seems expensive, why should I pay that much?
One of the first questions I am always asked about joining No Excuses CrossFit is “How much is it per month?” What I’d like to answer back is “How much is your health worth to you per month?”.

Take a moment to think about that – What would you pay if you could buy a great body, lower bodyfat percentage, your goal weight, strength, flexibility, stamina, power, faster racing times, less illness, and stronger heart and lungs?

Well, those are just a couple of the things you can get from CrossFit. A membership at No Excuses CrossFit IS more expensive than a standard (globo) gym membership, but it is FAR less expensive than Personal Training or Boot Camps.

Take for example what I was paying before I found No Excuses: Gym Membership: $35/month + Personal Training 1 day per week: $114, for a total of $149 per month. I went in religiously for my 1 day per week and outside of that I only went in occasionally for a spin class or to workout on my own. To join No Excuses, and get intensive group personal training 6 days a week (5 more than I was getting at the other gym), I would have to pay just $6 more per month.

What did I get for that extra $6 per month?

• Intense and highly effective workouts
• Detailed and knowledgeable instruction during and before the workout
• Motivation and encouragement during the workout
• Lower Bodyfat
• Weight loss
• Improved cardiovascular endurance
• Lower overall heart rate
• Less illnesses
• Sleeping better
• Less feelings of stress
• Camaraderie and Friendships
• Workouts that could be measured
• Goals and milestones with each workout
• Friendly competition
• Faster run and race times, while running LESS
• Nutritional guidance and support
• More confidence and the ability to break my self-imposed limits
• The body I’ve always dreamed of having – at FORTY years old!!!
• and more….

The benefits of CrossFit are far reaching. The physical benefits are easy to see and feel, but it is the inner changes that are what keeps people coming back. There is an amazing sense of accomplishment in reaching new goals day after day. Not only can you look and feel amazing, but you can change your life!
