1) Foam Roll Glutes & Hamstrings x 60s each

2) AMRAP 6:

– 2 each Side/Side Deep Lunge + Sumo Twist

– 5 each Banded Bird Dogs

– 5 each Goblet Reverse Lunges

Barbell Glute Hip Thrusts

2/4 x 8-10.

– 2 Warm-up sets, 4 working sets

– Go HEAVY

B.

Double KB Front Rack Lateral Lunges

1/3 x 6 each.

– 1 Warm-up set, 3 working sets

Sledpull Power Walk + Farmers Carry

1/3 x 50 Meter Trips.

– Use weight belts to attach Sled straps to waist
