How long have you been doing CrossFit?: Since December 2020

How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?: Discovered CrossFit through coworkers and was forced to start.

Tell us about your fitness/sports background: Baseball and Swim in high school. Never had a regular workout schedule.

What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?: I feel and look more physically fit. My goal was to have my chest stick out more than my belly and to look better in a t-shirt.

Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?: Jiyun keeps pushing me to keep coming.

In what other ways do you use your fitness?: I use my fitness in coaching my son’s baseball team.

What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or who is on the fence about starting?: Don’t go too heavy and strain or injure yourself. Always in moderation.
