The Year to be Thankful

If there was ever a year to be thankful, it’s definitely 2020.

Despite all of the hardships that we have faced this year, I always tried to remind myself of the good things in life.

When the gym was forced to shut down in March, I didn’t know if it would ever re-open again. Luckily, it was for only five weeks, but those five weeks felt like years. Then when we were able to re-open in April, I thought if we can make it to the holidays it would be a blessing.
And now here we are. Thanksgiving is upon us and I’m so thankful for everyone here at the gym.

Thank you to the members that stayed with us during the shutdown. You could have easily cancelled your membership and no one would have second guessed you with all the uncertainty that was going on at the time. Without you and your loyalty to the gym, we would not be open right now.

Thank you to the new members that have joined No Excuses CrossFit this year. You trusted us to take care of you, keep you safe, and to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Thank you to our coaches and staff that have worked to keep the gym safe and to help push you to be your best. They always have your best interest in mind.

All of you are the reason I am thankful this year.
