How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?
I discovered cross fit from driving by and seeing the sign. I decided to start because I needed some accountability for my workout and someone to push me.

Hardest part is showing up. Once you show up, you feel better and are glad you’re here, so don’t give up.
