Notes: This workout is worth 100 points. If your team name is submitted on Aug. 10, it’s worth 50 points, Aug. 11 it’s worth 25 points. Aug. 12 it’s worth 1 point.
Remember there’s a prize for the best team name.
WOD 2: The Gauntlet 2.0
2 minutes each station (10 second transition)
15 Bar facing burpees + Deadlift (95/65)
25 Wall balls (14/10) + Shoulder (95/65) to overhead
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20) + Squat Clean (95/65)
25 T2B + OHS (95/65)
10 Bar MU + Squat Snatch (95/65)
Notes:
• One team member will perform one of the AMRAPs for the entire 2 minutes.
• Each person must do one of the AMRAPs. No one can do two movements.
• Workout will have five scores, one score for each AMRAP.

• One person must complete the 9-6-3 complex before the next person can go.
• This is relay style, meaning you can only do one round at a time. One person can not do two consecutive rounds.

• One person working at a time for barbell movements.
• One male barbell of 75# and one female barbell of 55#.
• 1-5 athletes working at a time on the sled.
• Sled push/pull is 10 meters down and 10 meters back.
