An amazing Tennis Coach. It was hard.

Just remain active… no official sports background

Relentlessness

 

Who or what keeps you coming back and motivated?

When I am 80 years old, I want to continue to live an amazing life.

 

In what other ways do you use your fitness?

As I sit at my desk and work, I can keep going without losing focus or throughput

If it is challenging, and it aligns with my long-term goals, and it makes me ask the question “why on earth did I do this?”… then I am all for it.

 

What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting? 

It will be hard… But if you truly want results, there is no better place to be.
