CrossFit has improved my fitness on every level. It’s taken my fitness to whole new level, I’m so much stronger and I think that is what I notice the most. I can lift more now than I have ever been able to in my life.

I’ve made great progress since I joined CF, seeing changes with myself and the athletes at this gym inspire me every day, encouraging and helpful.

I walk average 15k to 17k steps daily and lift heavy items at my job.
