CrossFit Kids is a health and fitness program for both boys and girls ages 5 to 10 of all skill and activity levels. The class is great for your child to develop mobility, basic movement patterns, and spatial awareness. They’ll have a ton of fun learning about teamwork, sports, and how to make exercise an exciting part of their routine. CrossFit Kids has huge benefits for every child who attends, and the class helps your kids perform at their best for other sports like gymnastics, soccer, baseball, etc.
Our CrossFit Kids coach is the energetic and friendly Adam Reese, who is CrossFit Kids certified and personally believes in the value of starting good fitness habits at a young age.
CrossFit Kids programs run in 6-week blocks followed by a break of one or two weeks. Each block of CrossFit Kids contains 12 total classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:00 to 6:00 over the 6 weeks. A block costs $120 per child.
