Prepare for the 2018 CrossFit Open with No Excuses CrossFit’s Open prep seminar, which will teach you the training principles we have found most effective in preparing our athletes for the Open.

Whether this is your first CrossFit Open, you want to perform well in the Open, or place a certain spot in your division, our coaches will offer unique tools to get you closer to your goal, both physically and mentally.

8 am – gym opens

Session 1

8:30 am – Essential elements of movement preparation

8:50 am – gymnastics skills and drills

9:10 am – rowing technique and strategy, damper test

Session 2

9:30 am – Developing a competition mindset

9:50 am – Open WOD

10:10 am – How to analyze and learn from a performance

Session 3

10:30 am – Day of the Open preparation (nutrition, rest, recovery)

10:50 am – weightlifting skills and drills
