Duration: 12 weeks (Starts Wednesday, Jan. 17 and ends Wednesday, April 4)
Who is coaching the class?
The weightlifting class will be coached by Adam Reese, who is new to No Excuses CrossFit, but has more than 10 years experience coaching weightlifting.
How long will the class last?
The class will be an hour long each week.
Will there be a WOD?
No. This will be strictly weightlifting and no conditioning.
Can I do the CrossFit class and the weightlifting class?
Ideally, you would not want to do a CrossFit class and the weightlifting class in the same day. An ideal schedule for both classes might be Monday (CrossFit), Tuesday (CrossFit), Wednesday (Weightlifting), Thursday (Rest day or CrossFit), Friday (CrossFit), Saturday (Rest day or CrossFit).
Is this class only available for No Excuses CrossFit members?
No. Non-members of No Excuses CrossFit may attend as well.
Is this class only for advanced weightlifters?
No. This class is for everyone — beginner, intermediate, advanced. It will be adapted toward each individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
Can I drop-in to the weightlifting class from time-to-time?
No. Due to the programming of the class, there would be no benefit to drop-in to the weightlifting class from time-to-time. If you’re unable to make the first or second week and still want to do the class, we can work with you.
