Coach Brandon’s Take:
“Greg is a rare athlete nowadays training in triathlons in the spring/summer and CrossFit in the offseason. When he is in the gym, Greg is always eager to work hard. Although he’s been training at the gym for several years, he still has a willingness to accept coaching advice.”
