5 Rounds for total reps
Wall Balls x 1min (done in a pair)
Burpee x 1min (done in a pair)
*Every min each pair switches movements. Score is total reps combined from each pair

Dumbbell Snatch x 8 reps
Box Jump Over x 8 reps
*Each team member must complete a whole round before switching. You may not do another rounds unless all 3 other team members have complete rounds after you.

Synchronized Goblet Squat
*Each Team will have a 25/35/55/70 kettlebell, you may switch who has what weight whenever you want. Only the bottom of the squat has to be synchronized.
