Why is now a good time to do this challenge?

This challenge will coincide with the gym’s next programming cycle. You will start RP the week before Benchmark Week and finish RP before the next Benchmark week, which will set you up for success.

Which template should I choose?

If you’ve never done any kind of change to your nutrition, never counted macros, or just want to lose weight in general, go with the healthy diet templates.

If you’ve done some kind of nutrition challenge in the past, have counted macros and want to improve your performance in the gym, go with the diet templates.

What will I need for the challenge?

A positive attitude and willingness to try new things and do things out of your comfort zone.

Is there anything I need to purchase?

  • Tupperware
  • Whey protein and casein protein
  • Shaker bottles
  • Powdered Gatorade
  • Food scale

What will be the hardest part about the challenge?

Everyone will agree it is food prep. Whether it’s going to grocery store, figuring out what food to cook or actually cooking all the food, food prep will be the toughest part of the challenge. The second hardest part will be eating the volume of food. Most people under eat, so RP will ask to eat a lot more food more frequently than you are probably used to eating.

Will the body composition truck be available to help me track my progress?

Yes, the body truck will be at the gym on Tuesday, Aug. 22
