How long have you been doing CrossFit?
“Since June of 2014.”

How did you first discover CrossFit and what made you decide to start?
“A customer at my sports nutrition store introduced me to CrossFit. Thanks bud!!”

“ZIP, ZERO, NADA!”

What sorts of positive changes (mental, physical, emotional) have you noticed in your life since getting involved at No Excuses?
“Just saying “No Excuses” is in itself a big change. But it has definitely changed my perspective towards life at every single stage of the day.”

What keeps you coming back and motivated?
“I am not that motivated when I walk into the gym, but when I leave I am a different person. On top of the world!”

In what other ways do you use your fitness?
“All day long in every walk of life I feel the energy and joy of being fit. Home. Work. Play.”

Who or what motivates/inspires you?
“All the coaches for sure motivate me. Knowing that what they teach me is the correct way of doing any particular movement definitely inspires me.”

“Definitely not the day I fell off from the box jump and walked out of the gym bleeding…haha!”

Name one goal you would like to achieve in CrossFit.
“Strict pull up. Also, not finishing up last in every WOD would be helpful.”

Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of the gym:
“Spending time with the 3 young ladies in my life; two daughters, one wife. What else…travel, golf, play chess and enjoy life!”

What advice do you have for someone just starting CrossFit or is on the fence about starting?
“Read my two motivational quotes!”

What do you love most about No Excuses?
“Location..no, just kidding. Of course, the people.”
