No Excuses CrossFit Open Gym

No Excuses CrossFit is going to offer Open Gym on Monday and Wednesday from 3-5 pm for two weeks.  This will be supervised by a coach if you have any questions or concerns.

Front room in the gym

Dates:

Monday, Feb. 6 from 3-5 pm

Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 3-5 pm

Monday, Feb. 13 from 3-5 pm

Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 3-5 pm

What is Open Gym to be used for?

Mobility

Work on a skill

Olympic lifting (no more than 50% of max)

Make-up a lift you missed from Monday or Tuesday

What is Open Gym NOT to be used for?

No WODs

No 1-rep maxes
