Who is this not intended for?
People that want a quick fix or want to lose a lot of weight really quick.
How will it be structured?
We will follow the Renaissance Periodization (RP) templates. You will have the choice of choosing the fat loss templates or the muscle mass templates.
- What to eat (a convenient list of acceptable foods for each macronutrient, ex – protein, carbs fats)
- When to eat them (based around when you train, including training options for early AM training, late AM training, afternoon training, and PM training)
- How much to eat based on gender, bodyweight, and goals of weight loss or weight gain.
- Covers how to eat on non-training days, light, moderate, and hard training days (with examples and instructions of each type of workout to easily classify)
- We’ve also attached a sample screenshot of what the diet looks like!
$80 for the RP templates, which you buy through the RP web site. (This is the cost if we get 15 people to sign up. It will be $100 if it’s less than 15 people.)
$40 two body fat tests (before and after.) This is optional.
