Hugo Open 2016: WOD 1

The first WOD of the 2016 Hugo Open is ….

“Kettle-Hell”

7-minute AMRAP

60 synchronized goblet squats (70, 55, 35#)

60 kettlebell swings (70,55, 35#)

Notes:

• All three team members must be at the top and the bottom of the goblet squat at the same time.

• One person will use the 70-pound kettlebell, the second person will use the 55-pound and the third person will use the 35-pound for the goblet squat. You may switch who uses what kettlebell anytime during the goblets squats.

• You will perform 20 kettlebell swings with each weight — 70, 55, 35 pounds — for a total of 60 reps.

• One person will use the 70-pound kettlebell, the second person will use the 55-pound and the third person will use the 35-pound for the kettlebell swing. All 20 reps at one kettlebell weight must be performed before moving on to the next weight.

• Score will be total rounds and reps.

• Example:
Team performs 60 synchronized goblet squats.
Partner 1 does 10 KBS with 35 pounds
Partner 2 does 10 KBS with 35 pounds
Partner 3 does 10 KBS with 55 pounds
Partner 1 does 5 KBS with 55 pounds
Partner 2 does 5 KBS with 55 pounds
Partner 3 does 10 KBS with 70 pounds
Partner 2 does 10 KBS with 70 pounds
Team performs 60 synchronized goblet squats
Etc…
