Coach Laura’s Take:
“Amy got started after her kids got involved with our teen program (via Mountain View Wrestling). Amy is consistent and coachable. She comes to class ready to learn and work hard. She is still relatively new to CrossFit, so I am looking forward to seeing where she goes from here. It has been awesome to see the entire Ezzell crew join us at No Excuses. The example that she (and her husband Trevor) are providing for her kids is one that will make an impact on them for the rest of their lives.”
