About: Betsy Pake is a former member of No Excuses CrossFit from our early years when we were in a small 2,500 sq. foot gym. She is one of the many former members to branch off of No Excuses and start their own CrossFit gym. She founded and operated South Hall CrossFit for three years until last year when she became a professional weight loss coach.
In 2015 she wrote an Amazon best selling book called ‘Becoming A Nutrition Ninja’. In the book, Pake teaches you how to stop worrying about what you are eating, have clarity on and what to eat and teaches you a simple tool that can help boost your weight loss.
She uses the Flexible Dieting program to prescribe the proper amount of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) to eat every day.
Pake has helped a wide variety of people from wanting to improve their aesthetic appearance to training for an Ironman triathlon to losing 100 pounds.
What to expect: Betsy will gives us tips on small things we can do with our eating habits that will make big changes. She will also go over the proper amount of macronutrients for everyone in attendance to get you jumpstarted. Betsy will also answer any questions you may have about Flexible Dieting.
