Dennis Scales easily stole the show during Friday Night Throwdown. His first bar muscle up will forever be etched in everyone’s mind. After reaching the top of the bar, Dennis stayed at the top for a good 30 seconds marveling in his achievement.
“That’s because I wasn’t sure how to get down,” Dennis quipped.
Dennis finished with three bar muscle ups, which is pretty impressive considering his stature.
In addition to Dennis’ milestone, he was also a major presence in cheering on other people through their first bar muscle up.
Dennis’ hard work and determination is really what CrossFit and the community is all about.
Congratulations Dennis! We are very proud of you!
