Coach Laura’s Take:
“Jen is so hard-working and determined. When she comes to class you know she is going to get after it. She is passionate about getting better and might even have a word or two to say about it. I love how she is methodical in her approach to getting better and reaches out for coaching. She knows where she needs improvement and doesn’t hesitate to ask for help. Being coachable and passionate are two strengths that will stand Jen in good stead in her years ahead in CrossFit.”
